1. Eligibility for Returns

✅ The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
✅ The product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

!!!!! Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
